Rescheduling
Policy
Please read our rescheduling policy below.

A booking which has been confirmed (in our online booking system)
can be rescheduled once (only), for free, so long as, with a minimum
of 24 hours notice before the start
time of the booking:
a)
Advance notice of rescheduling
has been provided to us.
b)
An exact date and time for rescheduling
(within one month) has been agreed with us,
and we have confirmed that new time in our
booking system.

Once there is less than 24 hours
until the start of the booking, rescheduling is not
possible, and a new booking must be paid for at
full price.

We do not offer special prices for rescheduling,
or refunds.
