What is included in the Studio Hire price?

The rental price includes:

Private use of the studio space.
All studio equipment, lighting, props, and furniture (including flash triggers).
Choice of two color backdrops.
Professional assistance with set-up and changes (but not continuous operation of equipment).
Drinking water.

What is NOT included?

Cameras and Audio Recorders: You must bring and operate your own cameras and microphones.
Production Staff: We help set up, but we do not film or record for you under the “Studio Hire” rate. (See Podcast Production if you need us to film for you).
Teleprompter: Use of our teleprompter is excluded from standard hire.

Can I arrive early to set up?

Clients are permitted to arrive at the studio a maximum of 15 minutes before the start of the booking.

We do not pencil in or hold timeslots; bookings are first-come, first-served via our online system.

Do you have colored backdrops?

Yes, we keep a supply of over 30 background colors on display in the studio. Your hire includes the use of two colors. Additional colors incur a charge of HKD 100.

Do you have a cyclorama wall?

No, we do not have a hard cyc wall. Instead, we use seamless background paper stretched out across the studio floor.

Can I arrive before my designated time ?

Yes, you may arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

Do you offer any discounted prices for studio rental?

Currently, there is no ongoing promotion for a discount on our studio hire service.

Do you offer equipment rentals, including cameras, tripods, and microphones?

We do not rent any equipment; our equipment may only be used inside our studio, during the time of a studio hire booking.
